Sylvia Harfield-Mitchell is a qualified SRN and Dental nurse. She has extensive experience as a head nurse and in practice management prior to becoming a senior director with Promets Ltd and is responsible for the day to day running of the company. Sylvia has taught practical animal dentistry to Veterinary students and advises clients on the use of dental equipment and procedures when required.

Ian Mansfield brings a wealth of training and experience to the team having spent 30 years in the Royal Navy. Initially Weapons Engineers, Ian retrained as a Medical engineer supporting not only the fleet but spent time on operations in Iraq, Somalia and Afghanistan.
Ian carries out most of the day to day engineering support to our clients.

Sarah Mitchell has been with Promets for 9 years and is involved in all aspects of the business, providing admin support to the Ops Director where she has proved to be invaluable. Previously Sarah worked in Customer Relations building up many years’ experience. In this respect Sarah has excellent communication skills which feedback has shown our clients appreciate.
